BUENOS ARIES ,Argentina

January 2020

I stayed two days in Buenos Aries(BA) on my way to Ushuaia in January of 2020. This was my last trip since everything came down with the COVID19 pandemic. Two days was hardly enough time to see any city. I visited the tomb of Evita, saw the historic city, caught a tango show and was off to Ushuaia on the third morning.

Plaza de Mayo
CASA ROSADA (presidential palace)
Metropolitan Cathedral
Main Nave of the cathedral
Mausoleum of General San Martin
Puerto Madero
Punte De la Mujer (women’s bridge)
a nice bar on the water front
Obelisk de Buenos Aries

BA is a very walk able city. It is safe as South American goes.It is very much a melting pot of cultures.

It is a city of music, dance and food especially if you are a meat lover.
